CANCEL

If you need to cancel or make a change, please do so at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 8 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total. Appointments cancelled within the hour before your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of 100% of service payment total.

NO-SHOW

If you completely miss your appointment, you will forfeit 100% of your booked service. Appointments cancelled during or after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.

GRACE PERIOD

In-Studio - If you are running late to your in studio appointment please text or call. If you are more than 10 minutes late with no communication your appointment will be cancelled. This will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. If you call or text we may be able to fit you in later but most often we are trying to stay on schedule with back to back clients. With appropriate notice, we can reschedule.

Mobile | If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after 10 minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.

TAN LINES

Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.

AFTER HOURS

Any services booked after hours will be subject to an additional $20 fee.

REFUNDS

All single tans, memberships, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.

BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made online. We do not take bookings over the phone, via text, or social media.
